Nicole started the business because after years of being in the industry she realized how unreliable contractors are, and that there is a need for professionalism in the trades. Located in North Shore Massachusetts, we are different from the standard contractor because we care about timeliness, cleanliness, and providing a quality job. We have systems and procedures for customer service to ensure the job is done to a high standard.

OUR PROCESS
It starts with a 10-15 minute phone conversation to learn more about your project and provide you with a ballpark estimate. This will help us determine the best next steps and ensure we're the right fit for your project.
When you are ready to proceed with the ballpark estimate, we will meet you at your home to walk the space, take measurements, discuss design ideas, dial in the scope of work and firm up a formal proposal.
You'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, project budget and design allowances. Upon signing the contract we will take a 40% deposit to get the project scheduled.
