• All furniture is moved to the center of the room and all wall fixtures are taken down
  • The floor is covered with masking paper and the furniture is covered with plastic to prevent from splatter and drips


  • All nail holes or knicks on the walls are filled with spackle and then once dry- sanded for a smooth surface
  • Any gaps, cracks or holes will be caulked to make sure the surface is properly sealed


  • Ceilings and trims are painted first and then the walls
  • For color changes two coats will need to be applied

*If you need help choosing color schemes or a finish- a color consultant will be available to you free of charge


  • Each day all ladders and tools will be put away in a designated spot that you are comfortable with
  • At job completion we will shop vacuum to clean up any debris or paint chips we have caused
  • All trash is removed off the property and we take care of the disposal
  • Touch-up paint is left with the client


  • Once the job is complete, we will do a final walkthrough to make sure you are satisfied with the work and do touch-ups where necessary
  • Once client is completely satisfied with the job the contract is signed off and a survey is completed to rate our services
